Psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive relationship in which to confront and transcend past unhappiness, to come to understand present feelings and needs, and to prepare for a happier, more productive, and more fulfilling future.

Individual Therapy: Therapist and patient meet at least once a week in 50 minute sessions to explore needs and feelings, obstacles and goals, to confront the past and plan for the future.

Couples Therapy: Couples learn to improve communication by talking openly, freely, respectfully, and productively; and to explore concerns, set goals, and understand resentments, in order to build a strong, mutually fulfilling partnership.
